Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the LogicWeave Systems website and related pages. This platform is intended for users in Canada. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the website.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LogicWeave Systems will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total direct liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the website will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the prior 12 months for access to the website, or 100 EUR, whichever is lower. If you have not paid any amount, our liability will be limited to 100 EUR.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In such cases, the limitations in this section will apply to the extent permitted by law in your jurisdiction.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LogicWeave Systems, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your use of the website, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third party rights.

12. Dispute resolution

If you have a concern or dispute related to the website, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the matter informally. The informal resolution period is 30 days from the date we receive your notice.

If the dispute is not resolved within the 30 day period, either party may pursue claims exclusively in the courts described in the Governing law section. You agree to provide a clear description of the issue and any relevant information needed for good faith resolution efforts.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the website, in whole or in part, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms, created risk for other users, or attempted to compromise the security or integrity of the website.

The following sections will survive termination: Intellectual property, Disclaimer of warranties, Limitation of liability, Indemnification, Governing law, Dispute resolution, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.

14. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will become effective 14 days after the updated terms are posted on this page. If a change is required for legal or security reasons, it may be effective immediately to the extent permitted by law.
